This unique rental property is brand new, completed in March, 2000. The 1800 square-foot house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room with dining area, media center, a gourmet kitchen with pantry/laundry area. With a wrap-around lanai (deck) to enhance the ocean-front experience, the property will accommodate 2 to 4 guests in Grand Style.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Bedroom also features large sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai, complete with Ocean Views.

The Second Bedroom, also a suite with a private bathroom ( a bathtub and shower), is set up with two twin beds which combine to offer a second King Bed, if that is your preference. This Custom Designed Beach House offers Quality Features throughout.

Entry, Living Room & Lanai

The Kitchen is light, bright, and fully equipped. Everything you have in your kitchen is in this kitchen: microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware- and all of this with a Great Ocean View. Butcher-block counters w/granite accents; white lacquered maple cabinets; stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher); in-door water/ice dispenser in refrigerator; washer/dryer next to kitchen area.

Living Room & Media Center

The Living, Dining Room area has dynamic Ocean Views, combined with a tropical ambience. The furnishings are custom designed rattan pieces which combine beauty with comfort.

The Media Center Room adjacent to the Living Room is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the Ocean View as well as the 32" Color Television with 40 cable channels, a VCR, Full Stereo System and a CDPlayer.

The Beach House offers both an indoor and outdoor dining area to suit your specific needs.

The Interior of the Beach House was custom designed to provide you the most comfortable vacation experience possible. The interior radiates with attention to detail including floor to ceiling glass doors that open wide to the surrounding lanai and provide for unobstructed Ocean Views. This design also allows for natural tradewind cooling. In addition, all rooms have Casablanca Ceiling Fans, dramatic indirect lighting details, and Island-style decorator furnishings to enhance your Kauai Island Vacation. The Anini Beach House is a Vacation Home that you will plan to return to time and again.
